Petualangan dalam membuat website: mendesain halaman beranda.
Halaman beranda pada sebuah website adalah halaman yang sangat penting untuk menarik pengunjung untuk tetap bertahan. Halaman ini biasanya juga akan menentukan bagaimana seorang pengunjung akan bertahan dan menjelajahi bagian-bagian website yang lain.
Maka, kami berpikiran bahwa kami setidaknya harus memikirkan bagaimana untuk mendesain halaman beranda. Cukup menarik, saya rasa.
Awal-awal ketika sudah mulai membuat, saya mengusulkan theme Neve, karena saya mendengar banyak hal baik tentang nya. Setelah install, tampaknya Neve sangatlah mendukung. Banyak template yang menarik, dan pada akhirnya kita setuju untuk memilih salah satu starter site bernama “Music Band”.
Anggota kelompok kami setuju. Setelah kita apply, website kami stagnan dengan durasi cukup lama mendiskusikan hal drama yang lain. Hehehe, cek di sini untuk update mengenai drama: Behind the Scenes >> Making the Film
Pada akhirnya, agar tampilan beranda website sesuai, kita membuat sedikit sketch.
Kemudian, dengan bantuan beberapa anggota kelompok lainnya, sketch yang telah diperbarui keluar.
Sketch 2 ini adalah tujuan akhir sementara bagaimana website ini akan didesain. Mungkin nanti ada lagi? Tetapi untuk sekarang inilah perencanaan kita.
The home page of a website is crucial to keeping visitors in. At least, that’s what we know. The home page is pretty important as it digs in deep to the visitors of how the rest of the website’s experience will be.
So, we thought about it for a while, we decided to put somewhat a bit of effort in designing our home page properly into what we’d like to see personally.
Progress initially began when I suggested the theme “Neve”. A pretty interesting theme, heard good things about the theme. So we proceeded to keep going. Apparently, beyond that, Neve had a collection of great looking starter sites. We glanced at them for a while, and we decided on the starter site called “Music Band”. Very cool, it turned out.
Our group agreed to use that. I guess I can agree that it looked cool.
As the homepage was tailored for a starter theme, I guess it had a lot of clutter that needs to be cleaned up. So we decided to start a rough sketch.
And, with the help and suggestion from other members, we revised that into:
The second sketch is our current target for the home page. Well yes, it is currently under construction as of now (26/01/2021). But in the meantime, we’ll keep posting updates about it. Stay tuned!
